Darmstadt, July 26, 2018 – Donges SteelTec, one of the leading suppliers of steel structures in Germany, in acquiring Kalzip, has taken over the roof and facade systems business of Tata Steel. Donges, headquartered in Darmstadt, Germany, has thus far been active in German-speaking countries. The transaction will increase the Group’s sales to over EUR 100 million.
The “B54 Bridges” consortium was awarded the contract for the replacement construction of the bridge structure and the dismantling of the existing structure.
The associated launch facility ELA 4 is currently being built for the new “Ariane 6” European launch vehicle, which will go into operation in 2020.
