A warm welcome to our new apprentices!

We are very pleased to welcome our new apprentices to Donges SteelTec. This year, eight young people are beginning their apprenticeships as industrial management assistants, technical systems planners, and construction mechanics.

This brings the total number of apprentices we are currently training to 21, a strong sign of the future of our company and our industry.

At the start of their training, our new colleagues were welcomed by management, the works council, the youth and trainee representatives, and IG Metall. In addition to gaining initial insights into our company, the focus was above all on getting to know one another and engaging in personal exchanges.

For us, training means far more than just imparting technical knowledge. It thrives on team spirit, mutual support, and growing together through new challenges. We are all the more excited to accompany our new apprentices on their journey and shape their future together.

We wish our new apprentices a successful start, many exciting experiences, and look forward to our time together.
