Summer Party at Donges

Every two years, our summer party brings together colleagues, their families, and former employees in the courtyard of Donges SteelTec. This year, too, the focus was on spending time together—whether chatting about current projects and old times or getting to know one another.

Following speeches by our CEO, Dr. Wolf Cornelius, and our Works Council Chair, Ercan Kaya, those interested were able to take a guided tour of our production facilities. It was especially exciting for the children to explore Mom or Dad’s workplace and get a glimpse behind the scenes.

Of course, there was no shortage of food and drinks. With sausages, chicken, and other treats, there was something for every taste. In the summery temperatures, ice cream, cold drinks, and refreshing cocktails provided the necessary relief from the heat.

Thus, the 2026 Summer Festival turned out to be a successful day full of encounters, good conversations, and wonderful shared moments. There was something for everyone, young and old alike!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the works council, the entire organizing team, and all the volunteers at the booths.

With your dedication and attention to detail, you made this wonderful day possible. Thank you very much!
